In 2021, we created a guide to Franchising in a Post-Covid World.

Now, 5 years on, things have moved on in the world of franchising. From the launch of Transport for Greater Manchester‘s historic Bee Network – the first franchising system outside of London- to the news that West Yorkshire Combined Authority are bringing buses under local control, more and more authorities are moving towards the franchising model.

In this updated guide, we consider how franchising in driving progress and consider the technology required to make them a success.
