Accurate driver payment is of critical importance – but what can we do to improve it? To answer that question, we invited First Group’s top allocation experts Wilf Duke and Darren Senft to join us for an online driver payment workshop. This entertaining session covered the differences between scheduled activity and the reality of what actually happens, delving in to tell-tale signs of driver payment issues, and the implications of getting this wrong.
